Chioma Stephanie Obiadi Emerges Winner of Miss Nigeria 2016

Last night the 40th edition of the Miss Nigeria pageant was held at the Eko Hotel Convention & Suites in Lagos and the show wrapped up a couple of hours ago with a newly crowned queen.

Representing Anambra, Chioma Obiadi Stephanie was crowned Miss Nigeria 2016 replacing the outgoing Leesi Peter.

Obiadi beat the other 36 participants at this year’s edition of the famous competition tagged the Ruby Edition, and has now taken over the crown from the 2015 winner of the competition, Cross River’s Pamela Peter-Vigboro Leesi.

Some of the benefits Chioma Stephanie Obiadi has received so far includes an all-expense paid trip to France by Air France, 5 million naira, a brand new SUV, 6-month skill acquisition programme in any institution of choice, and a one-year serviced apartment.

The new Miss Nigeria will go on to represent Nigeria at the Miss Universe contest next year.
