Stephanie Otobo Files $5m Lawsuit Against Suleman in Canada, Slams Him With Restraining Order

Apostle Suleman’s alleged mistress, Stephanie Otobo is neither giving up nor going down without a fight.

New reports are in that Otobo has filed a lawsuit at the Ontario Superior court in Canada, claiming $5 million for damages resulting from breach of trust, defamation, poisoning, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional stress, multiple instances of battery, false imprisonment, fraud, sexual assault among other things.

The Canadian-based singer has also petitioned for a restraining order against Suleman which prevents him from contacting or communicating, directly or indirectly with her. The order restrains the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministry worldwide from being at a distance of at least 500 meters from the 23-year-old singer.

Earlier in the month, Stephanie shared original screenshots of her numerous Facetime chats with Suleman after being accused of using Photoshop to doctor certian pictures. She also released her statement of account, detailing alleged transfers from the controversial Apostle.

Suleman has within 40 days to serve and file his statement of defense in accordance with Canadian laws. Reports say if he fails to appear before the Ontario Superior Court, judgment will most likely be given against him without further notice given to him.

She is sure not backing down.
