There had been reports online that former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Board of Trustees chairman Chief Tony Aneni had passed away, after a losing the battle with cancer.
Chief Anenih, 82, according to these reports slumped on Sunday while having his breakfast at his Durham Broadway private London house after being recently discharged from the hospital.
It turns however that this is certainly not the case.
According to the Vanguard, when contacted Anenih stated vehemently that he was alive.

“The hospital they are talking about, I have not been there before.
“The doctor they are talking about, I do not know him and he does not know me; and I have not seen him. God is on the throne and it is only God that can call me when he believe that it is time”
There had been panic at the initial report, but it has now been confirmed that he is fine.
