Abia State Security Trust Fund Pays Courtesy Visit To Headquarters 14 Brigade Ohafia

As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration in enhancing security across the State, the Abia State Security Trust Fund paid a courtesy visit to Headquarters 14 Brigade on 26 September 25.

The visit was led by the Security Adviser to the Executive Governor of Abia State, Commander MacDonald Uba (Rtd), who is the leader of the delegation highlighted the Trust Fund ‘s mandate of mobilising resources to support security agencies and improve safety within Abia State.

Speaking further, the Secretary of the team, Barr Nkolika Cleopatra during the visit stressed the importance of synergy between security stakeholders and the government in tackling emerging threats and ensuring peace and stability.

The visit provided an opportunity to robust discussions on ways to deepen cooperation, resource mobilization, and accountability in the management of security interventions.

The Commander Headquarters 14 Brigade Nigerian Army, Ohafia. Brigadier General Hassan Bello in response commended the Trust fund for its proactive steps and pledged continued support in advancing it’s mission.

The ASSTF reiterated its commitment to transparency and partnership-driven initiatives aimed at creating a safer environment for residents, investors, and visitors in Abia State.

Highlights of the event was the presentation of momento to the members of the team, group photograph, lunch and tour to various facilities within the barracks.
