American Producer Swizz Beatz Confirms Collaboration With Wizkid on New Project

Yesterday, the Star Boy announced that he is collaborating with Swizz Beatz in a new project. “Just made bangers with Swizz Beatz,” he shared on Twitter, adding, “Love to the real one.”

But that announcement was drowned by Seyi Shay’s blunder on Jamaican Tv, where she claimed Wizkid wrote Drake’s smash hit single, ‘One Dace’.

However, Swizz Beatz who is married to Alicia Keys has just confirmed their duet. On Instagram, the American producer who has worked with top acts in the industry including Kendrick Lamar and DMX, shared the news, garnering hundreds tons of reactions from excited Nigerians who can’t help but marvel at Wizkid’s numerous successes abroad.

“Wizkid Ayo vibes on 200,” the producer captioned the photo of himself and the Nigerian singer, adding, “stay tuned!”

Wizkid’s break came after Drake fell in love with ‘Ojuelegba’ and dropped the remix on his OVO Sound radio. Next Wizkid co-produced the best song ‘One Dance’ off the Canadian rapper’s latest album, ‘Views’, which recently has been remixed by Justin Bieber.

The Star Boy has since been drawing global attention. Only days ago, Wizzy joined Chris Brown on his first ever world tour with an A-list.

And now, with yet another global recognition under his belt, much more than any Nigerian artiste of his time, fans couldn’t help but celebrate him one more time.
