The highly contested governorship elections in Anambra state came to a conclusion today with the independent Electoral Commission (INEC) declaring APGA candidate Willie Obiano winner after a supplementary election. The supplementary elections organised by INEC was boycotted by other political parties like APC and Labour Party.
