Intelligence have gathered that bandits have killed six people in Saminaka village, along the Bale-Tangaza road, Sokoto State.
Sources say the attackers stormed the village on Sunday afternoon and killed the residents in cold blood.
It was gathered that the victims include children and housewives.
Local Vigilantes in the community are on the trail of the assailants who fled into the bush after perpetrating their nefarious operation.
