Basketmouth Buys His Wife a Semi Detached Duplex
Today, Elsie Okpocha, the wife of ace comedian Basketmouth, took to Instagram to share a heartwarming news, and then quickly deleted it.
“You’ll know God is awesome when you get a gift like this during this recession,” Ms Okpocha captioned the photo of the house which shows it comes complete with a family-sized pool.
“Thank you baby. #MyTestimony #GogisGood,” she added.
Basketmouth, whose real name is Bright Okpocha, has always indicated his plan to move into a massive home in a highbrow area in Lagos. In his feature in Al Jazeera’s My Nigeria series which followed his life behind the camera, the father of two children talked non-stop about his wife and also his dreams of owning a house in Banana Island, Lagos.
Now, with this ‘leaked’ update by his wife, we are left wondering if the new home is located in Banana Island.
