Just because consistency is key in this line of business, one of the many reasons why we are captivated by screen sensation Bonang Matheba is her consistency with hitting the right fashion notes on and off the red carpet.

The South African beauty who nabbed for herself the “Top Media Personality” of the Year at the Oliver Awards, attended the event looking all red carpet savvy in a custom ankle length Barbie doll dress by South African designer Taibo Bacar. She styled the beautiful dress with elements that portrayed retro-old Hollywood, sealing the entire look with a pair of red bottoms (Christian Louboutin).

This woman knows fashion and everything about this look is very well thought out to detail. I am particularly blown away at how she brings a range of elements from different eras to play without losing the sole essence of channeling glamour.
