We Came With Friendship And Partnership – UN Security Council Assured Multinational Joint Task Force

The head of delegation United Nations Security Council on a working visit to Multinational Joint Task Force (HQ MNJTF) His Excellency Amb Mathew Rycroft assured the commander MNJTF at the Headquarters Complex, N’Djamena, Chad.

The UN envoy thanked the commander MNJTF Major General Lamidi Oyebayo Adeosun for a  warm reception, impressive presentation and the role being played by the force. He used the forum to urge the task force to keep up the impressive record and work header to finally achieve the mandates.
In response, the Force Commander expressed his happiness on the behalf of the head of the mission to host the members of the UN Security Council. “We are priviledged to have you here” We thanked the members of the security council for the hounor accorded to MNJTF and interest in the activities of the force to bring Boko Haram Terrorists to their knees in conjuction of the national operations of the member countries of LCBC and Benin.
The event witnesses a detail brief on the activities of the MNJTF and interactive session. Those in attendance were the deputy Force Commander Brigadier General Moussa Mahamat Djoui, the chief of staff Colonel Major Sayed Badje, staff of the lake Chad Basin Commission and Chief of Cells MNJTF.
