Cassper Nyovest and AKA Squash Their Beef at #FillUpOrlandoStadium Concert

Cassper Nyovest’s #FillUpOrlandoStadium Concert was a massive success, but the icing on the cake was when he hugged and ended his years long beef with AKA.

From the pictures shared on social media, AKA made an unprecedented visit to Cassper’s concert after party and to the surprise of many people, hugged his arch-rival. That moment has been captured in historical photos, making their peaceful resolution the top trending topic on South African Twitter.

The two rappers, unarguably their country’s biggest, had been dissing each other in their songs, and even had a club confrontation where AKA reportedly slapped Cassper.

The confrontations went beyond physical scuffles; AKA dropped his Compusure dissing his opponent, and Cassper replied him with ‘Dust to Dust’ which has been described as ‘the death to AKA’. In the track, Cassper accused his rival of doing drugs, stealing other people’s songs, being a bad parent, and more.

In February of this year, fans asked AKA if there was any hope of making peace and collaborating with Cassper and the ‘Baddest’ rapper replied with a succinct, “Not a chance.”

But the two adults have finally decided to make peace, and we are here for it!
