Ever since Olajumoke Orisaguna found herself on the streets of Ty Bello’s set with Tinie Tempah, while hawking bread, she has risen beyond any of our imaginations. Recently she shot an editorial for Style Mania magazine titled ‘THE REDRESS’

The beautiful shot that was taken by Kelechi Amadi-Obi and it showed the true essence of her beauty, as she shined in designs by Dzyn, Nkwo official and the Fruche brand. Her looks were quite versatile as well from her hair to her makeup.
According to stylist, Godson, “Here is our gaze at the epic brilliance and a true representation of the beauty of the Nigerian woman. Rave of the moment shines in this beauty editorial as seen in our latest edition.

I have been a part of the Olajumoke story though from a distance. You can tell that picking Olajumoke for this shoot and styling her in glamorous dresses was quite emotional for me.

First I had the challenge of directing her. I direct in English and gestures. She doesn’t speak English. Where gestures failed, Bimpe Onakoya, the makeup artist was on hand with translations and supporting adjectives in Yoruba.

But she understands the clothes, Jumoke reels out a deluge of poses for you to chose from. We screamed in excitement as she took on the challenge of posing like she was born to do this. She was born to do this!”
