Chief Of Training Army Urges Personnel To Sustain Professionalism Team Work and Innovation

…As AHQ Garrison concludes operations planning cadre 2025

The Chief of Training (Army) Major General Abubakar Ndalolo has urged military and security personnel to sustain the spirit of professionalism, teamwork, and innovation in the discharge of their duties. He made this call during the closing ceremony of Army Headquarters (AHQ) Garrison Operations Planning Cadre 2025 at Nigerian Army Resource Centre Asokoro, Abuja.

The Chief of Training (Army) who was represented by Deputy Chief of Training (Army) Linkages and Integration, Maj Gen Ifeanyi Otu highlighted that the cadre has provided an opportunity for participants to broaden their understanding and operational planning as well as coordination in counter-insurgency operations within the Federal Capital Territory. He added that the discussions and presentations have clearly underscored the need for stronger synergy among the Nigerian Army, sister security agencies, and relevant ministries, departments, and agencies. Emphasizing that it is through such coordinated efforts security agencies can effectively anticipate, prevent, and respond to evolving security threats confronting the nation.

He further commended the facilitators and resource persons for their dedication and expertise which has greatly enriched the cadre and enhanced the participants’ understanding of modern operational planning in joint environment.

The Commander AHQ Garrison, Maj Gen Maxwell Dangana, giving his remarks commended the participants for their commitment and active engagement through out the cadre. He further lauded the facilitators, particularly Brigadier General Mohammed Lemu and other resource persons, for their expertise and clarity in delivering the sessions.

The Commander further underscored the important of joint planning and decision-making, urging participants to always understand who leads and who supports in any operations. He also advised to focus on leadership development, reminding the participants that the greatness of a leader is measured by the achievement of his subordinates.

Highlight of event included syndicate presentation on Exercise and feedback, presentation of certificates and souvenirs to the participants and resource persons as well as group photographs.
