As part of efforts to strengthen military-civil relations, Commander 12 Brigade Brigadier, General HI Dasuki has paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Majesty Ata Agabaidu Dr Matthew Alhaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa at Idah, Kogi State.
