Customer Care Tweets Over Faulty ATM Will Make You Laugh out Loud!

These days, big organisations and multinationals leverage on social media and trends to promote their products and services and also gain more customers, but when do they cross that line of professionalism?

Moments ago,  a conversation between Heritage bank and a customer was shared on social media and the exchange between the bank and the young man has received mixed reactions from Nigerians. The customer had tweeted at the bank, complaining about their ATM located at Shopper’s Delite being faulty. Instead of saying the machine had issues, the man had stated that it ‘was on drugs.’

Well, the person handling the bank’s twitter account had responded by asking the brand of drugs the machine was on and the rest of the conversation was just plain hilarious.

While it is unclear if the conversation was doctored , Nigerians have reacted to the tweets and some are slamming the Heritage bank staff for being unprofessional with his responses. However, his witty responses appeared to have gotten the banks new customers as some people stated they will be like to open an account.
