Efe Finally Apologises for Insulting Fans Who Voted for Him
#BBNaija 2017 winner Efe has finally tendered an apology to all those he insulted for criticising his music.
Recall that in February, the rapper took to his Twitter to call out the media house and fans he says keep dismissing his artistry and posting hateful commentaries about his music.
“Most of you have found fun in commenting negatives without ever listening, while others stay mute when the truth is too glaring. My music is great and i know it,” he wrote, adding, “I no need any approval… time will tell.”
“For all those saying they regret voting for me, i entertained you and your money expired the day the show ended,” he continued, “Thank you to those who have been 1000% with me from day one… your genuine support has kept me thus far through God’s grace… keep supporting the music… so we keep winning.”
The rapper had won the hearts of many Nigerians and, justifiably, earned their votes to emerge the winner of the competition. However, ever since the show ended, he faced massive criticisms from folks who have reservation with the quality of songs he churns out.
After he snapped at fans and media, folks close to him, including comedian Seyi Law, quickly apologised on his behalf, and now the #BBNaija star has realised his errors and says he is sorry.
