As 199 ICT Trainees Graduate from NAOWA Youth Empowerment Project
The President of the Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association (NAOWA), Mrs. Mernan Femi Oluyede, has reaffirmed that empowerment through education, training, and skills acquisition remains a core mission of NAOWA.
She made this assertion during the graduation ceremony of Batch 1 ICT trainees of the NAOWA Youth Empowerment Project, held recently at the NAOWA Event Centre, Mambilla Barracks, Asokoro, Abuja.
Mrs. Oluyede emphasized that NAOWA’s values of service, compassion, and community development are best demonstrated through initiatives that equip individuals with relevant skills. Describing the graduation as the beginning of new possibilities, she urged the graduands to go beyond their certificates and embrace a mindset of resilience, innovation, and excellence.
The NAOWA President also expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Special Guest of Honour (SGoH), the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General OO Oluyede NAM, for his unwavering support.
