EX #BBNaija Housemate Gifty Apologises to Banky W and Rapper Falz

Last night, the recently evicted #BBNaija housemate took to her Instagram to apologise to Banky W and Falz over the comments she made about them during her time as a contestant in the ongoing reality TV show.

Recall that Gifty had said she didn’t know who Falz was and accused Banky W of being ‘fake’ and prideful. The comments, uttered during her diary session last week, earned her a lot of roasting on social media, and Banky W even had some words for her, too.

“To be fair, I dunno know her much either,” he tweeted, adding, “opinions are like assholes and everyone has one and is entitled to it. Doesn’t mean it isn’t full of sh*t.”

But Gifty says it was all a game, plus, sincerely, she never really knew Falz though she had heard his song.

“I was misunderstood when I said I don’t know Banky, actually what I meant was, “I’ve never met him in person”..Banky is an amazing singer no doubt,” Gifty wrote on her Instagram. “I want to use this platform to apologize for all the wrong words I said about him.”

She continued, “It’s just a game,we say/do things for specific reasons + i was emotionally unstable cos i was up for possible eviction. And concerning FALZ, I know the song called “soft work” but believe me I had no idea it was FALZ that sang it and also I haven’t met him before..that was why I had to ask “who is he”.”

The post has drawn mixed reactions from Nigerian, but the artistes she apologised to are yet to react to her post.
