Flag Officer Commanding Logistics Command Honours Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla
On Thursday, 6 November 2025, the outgoing Flag Officer Commanding Logistics Command, Rear Admiral Oluwole Otitoloju Fadeyi, commissioned a Five-Aside Football Pitch in honour of the immediate past Chief of the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla. The facility, located within the Oghara area, was conceived to foster unity, teamwork, and esprit de corps among personnel while promoting physical and mental fitness within the Nigerian Navy community.
In the same vein, the Headquarters Logistics Command Office Complex Entrance Lobby was also commissioned by the Commandant, Nigerian Navy Intelligence Training School, Rear Admiral Sunday John Oyegade. The project, initiated by Rear Admiral Oluwole Otitoloju Fadeyi, was designed to give the office entrance an elegant outlook while maintaining a conducive and motivating work environment for personnel.
The event was attended by the incoming Flag Officer Commanding Logistics Command, Rear Admiral Abiodun Alade, alongside other senior officers and personnel. The commissioning ceremonies reflected the Command’s continued commitment to improving infrastructure, welfare, and morale among officers and ratings of the Nigerian Navy.
