This video in question which indicted NDLEA was presented to the court by the Nigerian Police Force through a Police officer from the Force PRO department of the Nigerian Police not Abba Kyari. Also the video was done on the 20/1/2022 before the drug suspects were transferred to the NDLEA by the Police IRT who arrested the drug criminals Patrick Chibunna Umeibe and Emeka Alphonsus Ezenwanne, The content of the Video confessions was also written/Copied verbatim in the Interim police investigation report dated 14/2/2022, even the NDLEA submitted thesame report indicting her officers they shielded to the court as Exhibit 34, so the video confessions of the suspects is documented in the police records since February 2022 and its part of the Police interim report before the court since February 2022, the NDLEA cannot exonerate itself from this indictment no matter how they sponsor HURIWA IPOB/ESN group and others. The indictment on NDLEA was very clear, which was why the Police decided to transfer the Drug Suspects to NDLEA for them to see what their boys are doing in Enugu Airport. Every reasonable organizations would have thank the Police for not bringing the press to interview the drug criminals to expose their organization.

The Drug Suspects have confessed even inside the Court and in all their Statements before the police, NDLEA, and the court that they brought Drugs 4 times into Nigeria with connivance with NDLEA. HURIWA should asked NDLEA to give the the statements of the drug suspects taken by their NDLEA officers which is also in the court records. The NDLEA Maliciously gave soft landed through plea bergain to the drug suspects that have consistently confessed to thier crimes and pleaded guilty in the court just because they want the drug suspects not to mention NDLEA name in the court as they did in all their statements with the police and in the NDLEA office.

The Police also have the powers to prosecute the drug suspects they arrested by themselves in Enugu Airport without involving the NDLEA but the Police handed over the drug criminals to NDLEA without exposing NDLEA to the media because the Police seeing NDLEA as sister security agency wanted NDLEA to see what their boys are doing in Enugu Airport and take action.

The HURIWA group can not exonerate NDLEA involvement in this case because it’s very clear and obvious. Can anybody bring drugs into Nigeria full to the brim in carry-on bags without even handkerchief to cover the drugs 4 times without settling NDLEA? They feel its Ok for NDLEA to shield its officers who are the real criminals from arrest and prosecution and continue persecuting the Police who arrested the drug criminals and voluntarily transferred the drugs and the criminals to NDLEA.

Abba Kyari was never even aware of the arrest of the drug criminals by the police and he was not part of any of the investigation, so trying to linked him to the informant that gave the job was very funny. He was rather called after the drug criminals were arrested in Enugu by the Police IRT and brougth to Abuja to assist and speak with somebody he knows in NDLEA to Assist the Whistleblower whom he has never met or talk to, for the whistleblower to be rewarded in accordance with the Whistleblower policy of the Federal government. NDLEA are not happy with the police for arresting Drug traffickers that are doing business/Conniving with them for a long time. Hence, that explains all their lies and fabrications released to the media that will not stand in the court, which they sponsored in the media and was celebrated by the Pro Biafra group like this HURIWA, who were keeping grudges with Abba Kyari because Federal government sent Kyari to fight the IPOB/ESN Armed Terrorist groups in the Southeast that murdered over 130 Nigerian police officers and military personnel plus hundreds of civilians in 2021.

HURIWA Pro Biafra group are not happy with the way Abba Kyari was completely Exonerated by the federal high court from the Fabricated 23 count charges by NDLEA on the 5/3/2026 where Abba Kyari was Completely discharged and Acquitted and the Federal high court Judge clearly stated in the Judgement that “this is Persecution not Prosecution and its Unfortunate that someone like Abba Kyari who has fought for his country exceptionally with Bravery and competence and his risks his life multiple times to secure his country will be treated this way”

HURIWA, whom we all know are sponsored by IPOB/ESN, should know that the alleged only 1 count abetment Fabricated indictment engineered by same IPOB sympathetisers in FBI has been dismissed by the Federal High Court 5 on 29/8/2022, Nigerian Court as a Sovereign nation has dismissed this extradition matter since 2022. Also we have never sern HURIWA calling for the Extradition of a well known Igbo man that owns Airlines in Nigeria who have a total of 44 counts of indictments with 2 extradition request from FBI USA that was ignored by Nigerian government, We have never seen you people insisting that this Igbo man be extradited to USA since he has more serious charges and double extradition request on him for 2019 and 2024?

HURRY IPOB/ESN branch should also know that the Federal High Court has also passed Judgement against NDLEA in 2024 and ordered NDLEA to pay 20 million naira damages for Illegally, Maliciously and vindictive blocking Abba Kyari’s wife bank account for 2yrs without her been linked to any crime. So this amounted to 3rd win for Abba Kyari in the Federal High Court against NDLEA. Also be informed that all the falsehoods, lies and fabrications made before the media by NDLEA who are the real criminals in this case, have failed in 3 out of the 4 courts and they will fail in the last court soonest too.

Also, the records should be clear that the remaining 5 count charges before the court is that of Alleged tempering of the drugs against the police IRT officers for the drugs they recovered by themselves and transferred to NDLEA not any Drug trafficking charges as the media was misled to be mentioning. The Drug trafficking charges are against the drug traffickers the Police IRT arrested and voluntarily transferred to NDLEA who pleaded guilty. No drug trafficking charges are before any court against Abba Kyari or his boys who arrested the drug criminals. If there should be any drug trafficking case or being member of any international drug cartel charges it will be against the NDLEA officers working with the drug traffickers not the Police that arrested the drug traffickers and transferred to NDLEA.

HURIWA and many other Pro IPOB/ESN groups celebrated 4 years ago when NDLEA was filling all these false fabricated charges against Kyari and his family for which 3 out the the 4 cases were dismissed in the 3 Courts and Abba Kyari was discharged and acquitted and damages of 20 million naira were placed on NDLEA by the federal high court. HURIWA was very quite about all these vindications of Abba Kyari by 3 different Federal High Court Judgements. We are not suprise at all.

HURIWA ask yourself why will the police arrest drug suspects, recover the drugs, refused to expose NDLEA criminal activities as confessed by the drug suspects, refused to prosecute the drug suspects by themselves because they have the powers but transferred the suspects and drug exhibits to NDLEA to take action on their indicted officers and then why would the Police give money to NDLEA? For what? When NDLEA didn’t even know that the Police have arrested the drug traffickers doing business with the NDLEA, There is no reason for giving anybody any money in this matter and all their false desperate fabrications that they use in their media trial will not fly in the court room.

Also God will not allow an Agency who are the real criminals in thesame case to shield her indicted officers and keep persecuting police officers from a sister organization that heloed in arresting the drug criminals they are supposed to arrest, refused to compromise by releasing the criminals who offered the police 25 million naira and after refusing the offer which the drug suspects even mentioned inside the court, and there after the Police voluntarily transferred the drug criminals and drugs to the NDLEA after refusing to compromise with the drug suspects. No matter how HURIWA try to spin the story they cannot exonerate NDLEA and God will not allow NDLEA to shield her criminal officers and continue to persecute the Police who actually arrested the drug criminals and transferred to NDLEA.
