Katt Williams Arrested for Allegedly Assaulting a Woman

Katt Williams has become a regular customer with the police thanks to his constant run-ins with the law.

Just a few months after he was arrested for assaulting a bar manager, the 44-year-old comedian was arrested again yesterday for physically assaulting a woman working at the Sportsmen’s Lodge restaurant in Los Angeles. Katt reportedly punched the woman and left visible injuries on her body. There are no clear details yet as to why he attacked the woman.

The funny man was arrested for misdemeanour battery after the police arrive at the scene.

Katt Williams has been arrested on several occasions for assault and battery and reports are his disruptive behaviour is as a result of his bipolar and schizophrenic disorder, which he was diagnosed with in 2008. So, why hasn’t his family ensured he gets the necessary treatment for his illness?

Katt Williams is currently being detained while cops investigate the situation and his bail has been set at $20,000.
