Kiss Daniel Leaves G-Worldwide for His Own Label
Nigerians are currently celebrating Kiss Daniel‘s daring move following news that he has dumped the record label, G-Worldwide, which they felt was stifling his creativity.
In a statement shared with media houses, the Woju singer announced the launch of his own record label, FLYBOY I.N.C, promising to churn out more music for his fans.
“All is set for the take-off of “FLY BOY I.N.C” which is my label. This implies that all activities regarding Kiss Daniel will be carried out under this new arrangement,” said Kiss Daniel. “This is an important move for me and I sincerely want to thank the fans who have always been there for me and also the media for their constant support.”
The singer continued, blurring over any hint of beef with his old record label boss, Festus Ehimare. “I’ll always appreciate the role G- Worldwide has played so far but it’s time to take this to a whole new level,” he said, though he had previously tweeted about his frustration at the label which he said refused to release his songs.
Now, the multi award winning singer is promising ‘quality’ sounds. “Expect nothing short of the quality sound you know Kiss Daniel for,” he said in the statement, adding, “This move will only make things better as I look forward to greater years ahead.”
