I Learnt About My Wifes Death On Social Media – Jide Kosoko

Jide Kosoko has finally spoken up about the death of his, Henrietta who died on June 6.

In new interview with Encomium, the veteran actor reveals he learnt of his wife’s death on social media.

“I went to a particular event on Monday (June 6), I was not aware that my wife was dead until the person that was with me asked me to check the rumours flying around the social media about my wife’s death,” the bereaved actor said.

“I referred to it as rumour because I still didn’t believe, if not until I confirmed it myself,” he continued, adding, “I don’t know how to explain the situation. It is an unimaginable loss.”

According to Vanguard, Henrietta Kosoko slumped at their home and was rushed to the hospital, where she was declared dead, and it is a double tragedy for her surviving husband who not only is mourning the loss of his wife, but also is worried to death what people are saying.

“Iyawo Keta; s’e awon aye oni m’aka fun mi?’ ( This is the third wife l have lost; won’t people be counting, keeping records?)” He said.

Sadly, one of those criticising the actor is Kemi Olunloyo, who took to Twitter, calling for the actor to be investigated concerning his wife’s death.
