Paris Jackson, daughter of Michael Jackson, has risen to Kanye West’s defence, and this has got everyone talking.

Recall that last week, Kanye West recorded a major feat when Billboard reported that the ‘Stronger’ rapper had beaten Michael Jackson on the Billboard charts with his 40th top 40 hit songs. The late King of Pop previously held a record of 39 top 40 hits.
The news sparked outrage and still is a trending topic.
Yesterday, a fan tagged Paris Jackson to her IG rant against Kanye over the Billboard record, cussing the rapper, but the 18-year-old Paris had kind things to say about Ye and how her late father loved him.
“The first time I ever heard Kanye’s heartbreak album was from my dad. He played it for me all the time. He liked (Kanye),” Paris said, adding, “[My Father] never saw music as a competition or game, never had a motive to talk shit about other artists. It was always about the love and the respect and the appreciation of music.”
“So, if someone breaks a record, be happy for them,” the 18-year-old continued. “They worked hard for it. They earned it.”
Paris Jackson’s reaction has mellowed a lot of people who previously were unhappy with Kanye’s milestone.
