Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, has reaffirmed the country’s commitment to rebuilding trust and fostering regional stability as a cornerstone of its diplomatic agenda.
Ambassador Tuggar led a delegation to the Republic of Niger to renew bilateral ties and deepen cooperation in critical areas such as security, trade, and energy. The visit was marked by constructive engagements focused on addressing shared challenges, including migration management, the fight against desertification, and the revitalisation of the Nigeria-Niger Joint Commission (NNJC).
