Morenike Kosoko angered me, Kemi Olunloyo Apologises To The Kosoko’s

In a surprising turn of events, Kemi Olunloyo, has apologised to the twin sons of late Henrietta Kosoko for her unkind words about their mother.

The blogger incited a media war with the Kosoko family and Yoruba Nollywood after she dubbed Henrietta’s husband, Jide Kosoko, a “black widower” and requested that he be investigated for ritualism; following Henrietta’s death.

She insinuated that the veteran actor was responsible for the death of his 3 wives, including Henrietta, but has now had a complete change of heart on the matter.

Taking to Facebook and Instagram where she has quite the following, Kemi Olunloyo apologised profusely to Taiwo and kehinde Olowu and also urged Jide Kosoko to remain strong.

“I sincerely apologize to Taiwo the son of Henrietta Kosoko and Jide Kosoko. My reaction from Morenike Kosoko angered me. Calling me the wizard of prostitutes Olosho Asewo is uncalled for. I had my two children out of wedlock because of domestic violence at 27yo and late Henrietta also had the twins for another man she left too. I have learned not to engage Nigerians on social media who say such garbage to me. I had a right to be angry at the time but anger is not the answer. May Henrietta rest in peace and not hell and to Jide Kosoko stay strong. I hurt those young men and once again I’m sorry for saying that out of anger.The story is trending online,” she wrote.

Ms  Kemi Olunloyo noted that her insensitive statement; “Hope your Henrietta goes straight to hell,” stemmed from anger with one of the Kosoko children who called her an “olosho ashewo” in response to her earlier post that Jide Kosoko be investigated.

Recall that the daughter of the former Oyo State governor came back on social media after a brief hiatus. The hiatus is believed to be connected to a proclamation by her father that she suffers from mental illness.

We are glad that the mother of 4 is righting some of her wrongs but we won’t hold our breaths that Kemi’s social media antics will end anytime soon.
