
NAOWA President Calls For Improvement Of Existing Projects As Chairperson NAOWA 1 Division Pays Courtesy Visit
The President of the Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association (NAOWA), Mrs. Mernan Femi Oluyede, has called on all NAOWA members to not only sustain but also enhance existing projects within their respective areas of responsibility.
The NAOWA President made this call while receiving the Chairperson of the NAOWA 1 Division Chapter, Mrs. Ada Lander Saraso and her entourage during a courtesy visit held on Wednesday, 7 May 2025, at the NAOWA Event Centre, Asokoro, Abuja.
Commending Mrs. Saraso for her notable achievements, Mrs. Oluyede particularly praised the chapter’s efforts in fostering collaboration, organizing impactful medical and charity outreaches, and implementing capacity development programmes that benefit NAOWA members and the wider community.
In her remarks, Mrs. Ada Lander Saraso expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the NAOWA President for the warm reception, despite her demanding schedule.
She further reaffirmed her chapter’s commitment to sustaining and improving on legacy projects and initiatives that align with the noble objectives of the Association.
Highlights of the event were the signing of visitors’ book, interactive session, presentation of souvenirs, and group photographs.
