NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISER DEBUNKS REPORTS THAT HE IS AT WAR WITH THE INTERIM ADMINISTRATOR OF THE PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY PROGRAMME

The National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno, has debunked reports that he is at war with the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

In a press statement by Zakari Usman, Head, Strategic Communication, Office of The National Security Adviser, the report is false and concocted to stoke confusion and mislead the public. 

Zakari Usman, who dismissed the report as a spurious work of journalism, admonished the amnesty programme to continue to support the ongoing reform of the Programme.

He noted that the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme enjoys the full support and confidence of the National Security Adviser.
