Naval War College Nigeria Holds Graduation Ceremony For Command Level Officers Course 8
On Friday, 24 October 2025, the Naval War College Nigeria (NWCN) held a graduation ceremony for 18 participants of the Command Level Officers’ Course 8 in Calabar. The event, held at the College Auditorium, marked the successful completion of an intensive leadership and command training programme.
In his remarks, the Commandant, Rear Admiral Akinola Olatunde Olodude, praised the participants for their dedication and discipline. He urged them to apply the knowledge and leadership skills gained during the course to strengthen naval operations and decision-making in the field.
The Special Guest of Honour, Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Naval Command, Rear Admiral Kenedy Chukwuemeka Ezete, congratulated the graduates and charged them to be worthy ambassadors of the Nigerian Navy and the College. He encouraged them to uphold professionalism and contribute meaningfully to the Navy’s core mandates. The ceremony underscored the College’s role in developing competent and forward-thinking leaders for the Service.
