Nigeria Police Commence Investigation Of Individuals Involved In Assault On Youths In Alapa

Following a criminal complaint by Lawyers of Mallam Abdulrahim Obamaku, the Nigeria Police made arrests and interrogated all individuals involved in the act of violence and grievous bodily harm on Mr Ganiyu Oloduku and Mr Abubakre Alabi Idiagbon on 15th of May 2022.

The suspects have been cautioned and granted bail pending further investigation. When contacted, Mallam Obamaku explained he had made an official report to the Police since 8th of April 2022 about threats to his person and his associates, he was earlier physically assaulted on 24th of April 2022 by the same suspects who are presently under investigation for the recent matter.

Report indicate the suspects with their sponsors returned to Alapa last night to jubilate their release on bail and threatened further action. The community elders were said to have informed the appropriate authorities for necessary action.
