Nigerian Army Band Corps Hosts 2025 Children Funfair at Abalti Barracks
The Nigerian Army Band Corps (NABC) recently organized the 2025 Children Funfair for children of Abalti Barracks as well as children of officers and soldiers of the Band Corps resident in Lagos. The event took place at the Abalti Barracks Sports Complex, Lagos.
The funfair featured a wide range of exciting and educational activities, including fun games, sip-and-paint sessions, dance displays and competitions, bouncing castles, and bubble houses, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration for the children.
Speaking at the event, the convener, wife of the Acting Director Band, Mrs Oluwadamilola Toriola, stated that the initiative was aimed at creating lasting fun memories for the children during the festive period. She expressed hope that the children’s funfair would become a regular tradition within the Corps.
The event was well attended by the Acting Director Band Lieutenant Colonel MA Toriola, officers, soldiers and friends of the Nigerian Army Band Corps, all of whom joined in celebrating with the children.
