
Nigerian Navy College Of Accounts and Finance Graduates Student Officers and Ratings, Commissions New Student Officers’ Accommodation
On 9 December 2025, the Nigerian Navy College of Accounts and Finance held the graduation ceremony for Officers Basic Course Batch 39, Petty Officer Qualifying Course Batch 47, Leading Hand Qualifying Course Batch 47, and Basic Qualifying Course Batch 55. The event attracted distinguished guests, including the Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Admiral Idi Abass (Admiralty Medal), represented by the Chief of Accounts and Budget, R Adm OO Olukoya. Also in attendance was the Flag Officer Commanding Naval Training Command (FOC NAVTRAC), Rear Admiral Ebiobowei Abraham Zipele, represented by the Chief Staff Officer, R Adm VD Choji, alongside senior officers from military formations and security agencies in Abia and Imo States.
Delivering the goodwill message on behalf of the FOC NAVTRAC, Rear Admiral Choji congratulated the graduates and expressed appreciation to the CNS for his consistent commitment to manpower development and professional excellence. Represented by Rear Admiral Olukoya, the CNS charged the graduating officers and ratings to demonstrate competence, sound judgement, and integrity in their financial management roles, urging them to uphold the highest standards of professionalism wherever they are deployed.
Following the graduation, the College commissioned its newly completed 30-man Student Officers’ Accommodation. In his remarks at the commissioning ceremony, the CNS commended the Commandant of the College, Commodore Babatunde Quadri, for the timely completion and quality of the project. The event concluded with an inspection of the new building and other ongoing infrastructure projects within the College.
