President Goodluck Jonathan announced the resignation of the Peoples Democratic Party National Chairman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur at the PDP National Executive Council meeting on 16th January 2014. He thanked Alhaji Tukur for his service to the party and the nation at large and highlighted that the decision on Alhaji Tukur’s resignation was based on mutual agreement.
