PVC Registration: CODER chides INEC over exercise

Civil society group Coalition of Democrats for Electoral Reform [Coder] has asked Nigeria’s election regulator, Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to use the 2011 compiled voters register for the conduct of the 2015 general elections rather than the new register.
