Warrant Officers Academy Visits Nigerian Navy School Of Armament Technology

On Wednesday 31 July 2024, The Commandant Nigerian Navy School of Armament Technology (NNSAT), Kachia, Commodore Henry Jackson Aruomaren hosted a team from the Warrant Officers Academy (WOA), Jaji. The team which comprised of 13 Officers and 79 participant soldiers’ including 2 foreign participants from the Republic of Liberia and the Gambia was led by the Commandant WOA, Brigadier General Auwalu Mahmuda.

The tour aimed to expose the mid-level soldiers to Nigerian Navy guns and equipment with a view to affording them the opportunity to enhance joint training and operations as well as the interoperability of equipment across the services. The WOA; a Nigerian Army institution, is focused on building an effective, motivated and professional junior leadership cadre that cements the connection between officers and soldiers.

In attendance was the Deputy Commandant Nigerian Army School of Artillery, Brigadier General Charles Zebere, and other senior officers of WOA and NNSAT.
