African Chart: AKA Remains King at No.1, Sarkodie & More Make the List

Still rocking the airwaves and ruling the African chart as no.1 is South Africa’s finest AKA with The World is Yours.

After several weeks of holding firmly to the no.2 spot, Kofi Kinaata’s Confessions gets a heavy knockdown to no.7 by fellow Ghanaian Sarkodie who makes his debut with Painkiller featuring Runtown.

Diamond Platinum’s Marry You ft Neyo still goes on strong at no.3 while Ugandan duo Radio & Weasel’s Plenty Plenty take a huge plunge from the no.4 spot to no.9 as newbie Fena Gitu debuts. Ouch!

After displacing and kicking out H_Art The Band’s Masheesha on the last chart, Kenya’s Kagwe Mungai gets booted off the chart and from the no.5 spot by Bebe Cool with his song Nananana.

South African singer, Sands continues to rock at no.6 with Tigi as  Ben Pol’s Phone ft. Mr. Eazi, follows in the same footsteps, refusing to budge from the no.8 spot.

Sadly, it was the end of the road for Zani Challe’s Single Tonight,  Kagwe Mungai’s African Lady and Lil Win’s Mama Boss Papa.
