African Music Chart: Viral Dance ‘One Corner’ Debuts At No. 2

The African Music Chart rounds up the songs making the most waves all over Africa. South African artist and music producer Sun-el Musician tops this week’s chart with his track Akanamali, on which he featured Samthing Soweto. Akanamali is the first track off the musicians upcoming EP of the same name.

Viral dance track, One Corner by Ghanaian artist Patapaa comes in at number 2, While the Collaboration between Tanzanian bongo flava recording artist and dancer Diamond Platinumz and New York city based Jamaican band, Morgan Heritage, claims the 4th postion.

At the number 3 position is Hallelujah by Zambian afro pop group, Urban Hype, on which they featured Kenyan artist Kagwe Mungao. Slay Queen by Ugandan Duo Chosen Blood and Ace completes the first half of the top ten songs on this week’s chart.

The second solo track on this week’s chart, Inde by South African artist, Heavy K comes in at Number 6. Ghanaian Wutah claims the number seven spot with his new track, Bronya.

Kamatia by sexy Kenyan female rapper Noti Flow places at number 8. Radio teamed up with fellow Ugandan Weasel to pick up the number 9 position with Gutamiza.

This week’s chart signs out with fast rising kenyan rapper, Timmy Tdat’s Nje at number 10.
