Founder and executive chairman of Alibaba Jack Ma pulled off some serious Michael Jackson dance moves during the company’s 18th anniversary celebration.

Ma, who is Asia’s richest man according to Forbes, got into the stage riding on a bicycle while wearing a gold-and-silver mask and military-style outfit, just like the King of Pop.

He made some of Jackson’s splashy moves and poses before removing the mask. He was the joined by a group of Alibaba’s employees and they all danced and clapped to some of Jackson’s hit songs.

Ma definitely has a lot to celebrate as the company’s stocks hit an all-time high on August 17 after beating earnings estimates.

Ma is no stranger to performances like this. In 2009, he sang parts of the Lion King theme song “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” on stage dressed in a leather jacket, mohawk and noise ring.
