Alternative Nigerian Chart: Simi’s Joromi Retains No 1, Wizkid Debuts With Medicine

Joromi by sensational musician and songwriter, Simi retained Number 1 position on the Alternative Nigerian Chart for the 6th successive week, since replacing Mayorkun Mama as number 1 on the charts six weeks ago.

Medicine by Wizkid featuring Phyno and Flavour debutted on the chart this week at number 2, replacing Something Light by Falz and YCee. Another newcomer, Ma Lo by Tiwa Savage, Wizkid and Spellz claimed the number three position, and Niniola Sicker climbed from number 6 to number 4. Leg Over remix by Mr Eazi on which he featured French Montana and Ty Dolla Sign moved up three places to number 5, while El Chapo by Dbanj, Gucci Mane and Wande Coal dropped from number 3 to number 6.

2Baba Gaga Shuffle returned to the chart this week at number 7. Coming in at number 8 we have, Oh No No by Wande Coal.

Yeba by Kiss Daniel and Are You Down by Poe and Tiwa Savage occupied the number 9 and 10 positions respectively both songs appear on the chart for the first time. Alongside Falz and YCee Something Light, a total of 6 songs were dropped from this week chart, they are; Flavour Baby Na Yoka, Korede Bello and Lil Kesh My People, Ghana Bounce by Ajebutter 22, Everything by Wizkid and Future, and Only You by Ric Hassani.
