Anna Banner Shuts Down Modelling Agency Touting Her Name

Anna Banner has taken to Instagram to warn people and disassociate herself from a modelling agency touting her name.

The former beauty queen noted her shock when she came about a Facebook page- Annabee models requesting models to present themselves for screening.

In no mild tone, the mother of one referred to the ‘scammers’ as “hungry dogs” noting that she had received several emails regarding the ‘agency’ and warned unsuspecting people to stay away.

Sharing a screenshot of the Facebook page, Flavour’s former love interest wrote:

“VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! ANNA BEE MODELLING AGENCY IS A SCAM! I JUST FOUND THIS ON FACEBOOK AND I’VE BEEN GETTING EMAILS FROM ALOT OF PEOPLE CONCERNING THIS ‘FAKE’ MODELLING AGENCY. THE CREATORS OF THIS FAKE MODELLING AGENCY ARE HUNGRY DOGS. PLEASE BEWARE!”

It has become commonplace for scammers to find ingenious ways to use the image and details of celebrities to dupe people.

Earlier in the year, a 19-year-old female fraudster was arrested for posing as Wizkid and swindling several music promoters and students to the tune of N10million.

This is one of the very high prices of fame.

We hope Anna Banner disassociating herself from this ‘modelling agency’ will go a long way in preventing people from falling victim.
