Beyonce Changes Her Email Address Every Week – Ed Sheeran Says

You could never track Beyonce through one email address, this Ed Sheeran has just revealed to the world, because when you are the queen, everyone wants to reach out to you and so you must have a smart way of shrugging folks off.

Speaking with ET, the British singer who recently collaborated with the highest-paid woman in music, said getting in touch with her is like going on a Mission Impossible because she changes her email address every single week.

“I have an email address I email [to get in touch with Beyonce],” said Sheeran who recently worked with Beyonce on the remix of his song, Perfect, adding that the singer’s email address “actually changes every week.” “So I emailed that and we got on the phone, and it’s been in the works since May.”

Sheeran went further to speak about how he got Beyonce to jump on Perfect.

“I did it and the song came out so long ago,” he said. “And I was like, ‘I want to do it as a single,’ and then I thought of a way of relaunching it and I was like, ‘Oh, I love Beyoncé. Shall I ask Beyoncé? And in my head, I was like, ‘She’s gonna say no.’ And then I was like, ‘Well, you might as well ask.’ And she said, ‘Yeah,’ so here we are.”

Sheeran went on to add that they started working on Perfect in May and the song was only released last week because Beyonce welcomed her twins.

“Obviously she had twins … and we finished [the song] in September, so I’ve been holding onto it since then,” he said.
