Beyonce Slammed With Lawsuit For Using Roc-A-Fella Logo

Yet another artist is looking to get some money from Beyonce, but will he be successful this time?

According to TMZ, an upset man called Dwayne Walker has dragged the Lemonade singer to court for reportedly using the original Roc-A-Fella logo he designed in her smash hit music video Drunk In Love

Beyonce straight-up jacked the Roc-A-Fella logo and slapped it onto one of her music videos … so claims the guy who claims he designed the logo.

Dwayne Walker says Queen B never asked permission to prominently display the logo in B’s “Drunk in Love” music video … and now he wants the court to put a stop to it and cut him a slice of the profits.

According to the docs … Dwayne says he owns the rights to the original Roc-A-Fella logo and it shouldn’t have been used in her music vid.

It’s interesting … we took a look at the video and the only time you see anything even resembling the logo is a quick shot of Jay Z‘s glitzy pendant. The rapper’s not named or mentioned in the suit.

It’s also worth noting Dwayne sued Jay for $7 million over the logo but lost the case back in September.

We’ve reached out to Bey’s reps … so far no word back.

But Beyonce didn’t actually use the said logo. From the video, it is the singer’s husband, Jay Z, who is seen wearing a bejeweled pendant that is shaped like the said logo, and TMZ adds that Walker had previously slammed Jay Z with a $7million lawsuit over the logo but lost the case.
