When the Poet JP Clark said in his poem “Casualties of War” that the Casualties of War are not only the dead, bereaved, Imprisoned, Friends that lost properties or Persons, I was just confused but when he said that WE ARE ALL CASUALTIES, i felt “Haa, how can we all be casualties? of course, some of us are untouched

But 2015 elections taught us all, across political,ethnic and religious divides that we are all Casualties of War.

Starting from the International Community who feel they needed to oust Gej and enthrone PMB in order to eradicated corruption from Nigeria,having been convinced by the worst of our corrupts that Gej worsened our Nation’s Corruption. Now, One year after,PMB who is investigating 2.1Billion dollars allocated to the office of the National Security Adviser in an election year, built in close to 1.6billon dollars for his own National. Security Adviser in 2016 budget.

Unexpectedly by particularly the American government who felt there would be a formal probe into activities of all former public servants and their cronies, the FG is just interested in the campaign funds of the people’s democratic party, well, soon, America will have her own APC in Trump,then she will understand the pains of the Victims of our 2015 war.

Apc is the second Casualty of her own war, to successfully oust Gej, many of her chieftains said many unspeakable things just to paint Gej black, the then Apc governors even sponsored protests and so on against Gej in order to incite the people against him(An action today that is considered Treason).

They never believed they could win, to them,the best they could do was make the country ungovernable for Gej, so they laid traps, land mines but Gej was smarter, he left them with their own bed. Today, Apc has become a victim of her own War, they simply cannot deliver, having condemned, blamed and Promised without research and boundaries.

Nigerians are not helping matters too, they do not want excuses,they simply want to see the Change, Lai Mohammed hasn’t been lying on purpose, he simply has nothing else to say, HE IS JUST STRANDED WITH THE TRUTH… he simply has two choices.. Admit they have been wrong all the while or Keep up with the lies…

Apc government is gradually trying to follow the path of Gej policies though not by choice but simply because there is no better way out… LICKING THEIR OWN VOMITS… If things don’t get better, 2019 will more of a revolution…. WHAT GOES AROUND…

PDP is also a casualty, the rich has began to cry, the Sacred Cows have been defied,the no go areas trespassed,The PDP Judas Iscariots are beginning to get suicidal, they are full of regrets as the party is shedding leaves, only time will tell whether it can really regenerate.

The worst Casualties are all of us, no money, no light, increased Tariffs,increase in Pms and same old salaries, we are hungry but there is no food, in the north, Sai Baba is now Shege Baba, in the west Sai Baba is now, Baba go Slow.. In the east Buhari has Buharia everything.

The government seems to lack ideas, they’re really battling to be at least an imitation of Gej, the corruption fight is loosing steem, unlawful detention is increasing still nothing tangible has changed.

Honestly, I feel like a casualty… do you?
