
Chief Of Civil-Military Affairs Visits DG National Orientation Agency, Harps For Moe Synergy
In his effort to strengthen institutional collaboration and enhance existing partnership, the Chief of Civil-Military Affairs, Major General Musa Awal Estu-Ndagi, paid a courtesy visit to the Director General of the National Orientation Agency, Mallam Isa Onilu, in his office on Friday, 12 December 2025.
In his remarks, Major General Estu-Ndagi expressed his appreciation for the existing collaboration between the agency and the Nigerian Army. He emphasized the need for further cordial and mutual relations in support of national security and policies through adequate enlightenment and civil engagement. He promised that the Nigerian Army is always ready to sustain the partnership for more successful outcomes for both the Department of Civil-Military Affairs and National Orientation.
The Director General of the National Orientation Agency, in his response, thanked the Chief of Civil-Military Affairs for deeming it fit as a priority to visit the Agency within the shortest period of assumption of office. Mallam Onilu expressed his gratitude for the sacrifices of the men of the military in checkmating criminal elements in our nation. He promised continuous support of the Agency to the Department of Civil-Military Affairs in achieving its mandate.
The DG National Orientation Agency further stated that more dialogue and joint activities between the Nigerian Army and the Agency will further enhance seamless public enlightenment and civil engagement on national policies and security.
In the entourage of the Chief of Civil-Military Affairs were the Deputy Director Civil-Military Affairs Brig Gen NN Gambo, Assistant Director Administration Lt Col BO Evwiehor Assistant Director Legal Major Joel R Mamza, and Acting Director Information Management Department of Civil-Military Affairs, Maj Ojo Adenegan.
