Flag Officer Commanding Western Naval Command Pays Courtesy Visit To Major Stakeholders Within Area Of Responsibility

On Thursday, 5 December 2024 the Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) Western Naval Command, Rear Admiral OG Oamen paid courtesy calls to the Executive Governor of Ondo State and Deji of Akure. This is in continuation of his familiarization tour to units and establishments as well as major stakeholders within his Area of Responsibility.

The FOC and his entourage were received at the Akure Airport by the Commanding Officer Forwarded Operating Base Igbokoda, the Brigade Commander 32 Artillery Brigade Akure, the Commissioner of Police Ondo State as well as other Service Commanders.

The FOC proceeded to the government house where issues of interest to the command and Nigerian Navy were discussed. Thereafter, the FOC and his entourage moved to the palace of the Deji of Akure for a royal visit.
