Jay Z and Kanye West are finally working towards repair their damaged relationship, reports TMZ.

According to the gossip site, West extended the olive branch to his big brother, requesting for a face-to-face meeting so that they can resolve their differences.

In case you missed how the beef started; Kanye West insulted Jay Z and Beyonce during his Saint Pablo tour last November. The Stronger rapper alleged that Beyonce insisted she would only perform at a certain award show if she is declared the winner of the Video of the Year award over him.

As if that wasn’t enough, Ye went on to call out Jay Z, daring the Roc Nation boss to ‘call him’ and talk to him like a man, a spin off of his anger that Jay Z didn’t care when his wife, Kim Kardashian, got robbed in Paris.

Jay Z fired back at him on the 4:44 track, Kill Jay Z, after which the duo severed their Tidal relationship. Later, there were reports that West as threatening to sue the collaborative company.

In an interview dropped on his site, Jay Z confirmed that the beef is really a thing. He said: “But what really hurt me was, you can’t bring my kids and my wife into it. Kanye’s my little brother. He’s talked about me 100 times. He made a song called ‘Big Brother.’ We’ve gotten past bigger issues. But you brought my family into it, now it’s a problem with me. That’s a real, real problem. And he knows it’s a problemHe knows that he crossed the line. I know him. He knows.”

Well, West is asking to make peace, and TMZ reports that they are slowly working to hash things out behind the scenes as well as resolve the Tidal issues.
