Jurgen Klopp reacts to Manchester United keeper David De Gea’s top performance

Daniel Sturridge and Roberto Firmino scored to hand Liverpool a 2-0 win over a slack Manchester United at Anfield.
The hosts had plenty of chances to extend their advantage ahead of next week’s second leg but found De Gea in inspired form between the sticks.
Klopp said: “De Gea is a good goalkeeper, no surprise.

“You have to carry on, create more chances.

“It’s really rare in football that you use each chance you have.

“It’s absolutely okay, two nil is a perfect result.

“Of course if possible you’d like to win a little more clearly but it’s okay, nothing to criticise tonight.”
