
Kaduna Governor Urges Graduating Ratings Of The Nigerian Navy School Or Armament Technology To Uphold Integrity Courage and Compassion In Service
On Tuesday 24 June 2025, the Special Guest of Honour (SGOH), the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, His Excellency Senator Uba Sani CON represented by the Honourable Speaker, Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Honourable, Yusuf Dahiru Liman exhorted the graduating ratings of the Nigerian Navy School of Armament Technology (NNSAT) to continue to uphold integrity, courage and compassion in the discharge of their duties. The charge was delivered during the graduation ceremony of 323 student ratings from the Instructors Refresher Course and Quarter Armourer/Fire Control Courses 1, 2, and 3, held at the Vice Admiral IE Ibas Auditorium.
In his welcome address, the Commandant NNSAT, Commodore Chikaji Aminu Isah, expressed appreciation to the Chief of the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla, for his continuous support to the School. He reaffirmed the School’s commitment to effectively meeting the Nigerian Navy’s operational training needs.
Earlier, the SGOH participated in a symbolic tree-planting exercise to promote environmental sustainability.
Other highlights of the ceremony included the course overview, conferment on graduating students, presentation of certificates, and awards, amongst others.
Dignitaries in attendance included His Royal Highness, the Emir of Zazzau and Chairman of the Kaduna State Council of Chiefs, Ambassador Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, CFR; Their Royal Highnesses, the Agom of Kachia and the Agom of Kufana; representative of the Chief of Training, Nigerian Navy; representative of the General Officer Commanding, 1 Division, Nigerian Army; the Air Officer Commanding, Air Training Command, Nigerian Air Force; among several other distinguished guests.
