Kodak Black Moved to Solitary Confinement

Kodak Black has been moved to solitary confinement for breaking prison rules.

According to Billboard, the Heartbreak rapper was placed in confinement for 30 days after he allegedly used the prison phone to have someone patch him through to another person whom he was not authorised to speak with.

Speaking with Billboard, his lawyer, Bradford Cohen, confirmed the update, saying, “In my 21 years of practice, I’ve never had someone get 30 days solitary for a 3 way call.”

Cohen added that he doesn’t know who his client was on call with.

Recall that the rapper was arrested in January following a raid in his Florida home. He was charged with “grand theft of a firearm, child neglect without great bodily harm, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of a weapon by a felon, and two additional counts of probation violation charges.” Three of those charges were dropped in February, but the rapper has yet plead guilty to the others.

Meanwhile, Kodak Black has asked the judge to permit his tutor to visit him in solitary so that he could prepare for his GED. The request had yet to be granted as at press time.
