Are You Down? Marvin Records LadiPoe and Tiwa Savage Asks Fans In New Tune

Mavin Records rapper (Ladi)Poe follows his label debut “Man Already” with a completely different vibe – this time asking the ladies, “Are You Down”?

It’s a step up from the innocence of “Adore Her” – with the rapper telling a story of finding love (or lust) on the dance floor. Poe enlists label mate Tiwa Savage for the sultry hook, giving a very recognizable voice to the girl he’s got his eyes on.

“Are You Down” checks all inhibitions at the drop of its catchy beat, but there’s plenty more to take in. Producer Don Jazzy flirts with horns for its signature sound, while keeping an understated fluidity to the track’s production.

The release marks the first label collaboration for Poe & Tiwa Savage, setting a fourth quarter pace for much more from the Mavins.
